- Sip and Dab began as a personal adventure—one that allowed me to work from home while raising our two boys here in beautiful Northern Michigan. What started as a dream grew into Sip and Dab LLC, built from the ground up with passion, purpose, and a lot of paint.
- As the area’s first mobile paint-and-sip experience, Sip and Dab was created to celebrate the natural beauty and beloved subjects of the region we live and love. By following a carefully crafted business plan, the vision came to life—running like a well-oiled machine.
- Over the years, local restaurants, wineries, breweries, and hotels graciously partnered with Sip and Dab to host weekly scheduled events and monthly community fundraisers. Giving back has always been at the heart of what we do, supporting incredible organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, the Women’s Resource Center, Make-A-Wish Michigan, and many more.
- Never have I felt more fulfilled in my career than while building, hosting, and organizing these fun, social, and creative experiences within our communities.

How it Works
Schedule Your Event
Call, text, email, or message us with your preferred date or dates. Sip and Dab will send you a contract outlining the details. Once it’s signed, you’re booked.
.5 Hours Set Up
Sip and Dab will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time to prepare the space with tablecloths and all painting supplies.
2.5 Hours Painting Fun
Your session begins as scheduled. We guide you step by step through a 2.5-hour painting experience, with each guest creating their own unique piece.
.5 Hours Clean Up
We take care of everything! After the session, Sip and Dab packs up and leaves, while you keep your painted masterpiece as a memento of the day.

Each of our paintings is thoughtfully curated to capture the essence of Northern Michigan. As our collection grows, we draw inspiration from the natural beauty around us — iconic landscapes, ever-changing light, and the peaceful spirit of the place we call home.
Premium Materials & Modern Designs
We use high-quality, teaching-grade acrylic paints on 16 × 20 stretched canvas. Each setup includes durable paper plate palettes, black metal easels, five styles of paint brushes, clear water containers, and disposable white tablecloths that are rolled out during setup to protect and cover all table surfaces.
Book Your Event with Only $150 Deposit
Secure your event date with a $150 deposit. No further payment is required until the day of your event. On the event day, Sip and Dab will collect one final payment for the remaining balance, with your $150 deposit applied in full toward the $55 per person rate. Minimum of 12 guests.

Fast & Easy Setup and Cleanup
We take care of everything. Sip and Dab arrives, collects the remaining payment, handles setup, leads the painting from start to finish, cleans up afterward.
